No header when exporting to excel in Win XP

Hi,

I have CR 8.5 and Windows XP service pack 1. When I export in excel format, I don't have the format box where I can choose if I want the header or not, etc... So in that case, when the exportation is done, I have no header at all. I didn't have that problem with windows 98. Does somebody have an idea? I pur the service pack 2 for crystal 8.5 and it didn't arrange my problem.

It sounds as if you have an old version, it was improved this year. If the export option doesn't say MS Excel, you need to get the latest dlls and patches from Crystal.

Well, my version of Crystal is 8.5.3.936. I installed the latest service pack 2 yesterday. Are there other patches that I didn't get?
