My customer wants to split up the VM and provide Japanese messages. Wow, can I do dat?

Any ideas?

I barely understand selector codes and I would have to script out and let the bilingual person record all the menus. I guess I can do that, but if someone has ever done this for Spanish or French, do you have any pointers?
