I'm having a problem in Groupwise with the address book. It seems that when Groupwise is opened and the Address book is opened there is no Frequent Contacts or Novell Address book. I am running Windows 2K on this machine. There are no TID's on this subject on Novell's site about this. I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas.

The common fix is as follows:
1) From GroupWise, click on the address book icon
2) From the address book, click on the File menu, then select Services.
3) Click the Show Profiles button.
4) At the bottom of the dialog box it should have an item labeled "When starting Windows messaging, use this profile"
5) Click the drop down box below that and select "Novell Default Settings"
6) Close out of the profiles, address book and then GroupWise. Also close GroupWise notify if it is loaded.
7) Restart GroupWise.

You should see the address book.

we have had this problem to fix it here is what we did...uninstalled and re-installed windows messaging for NT then ran the GW clean utility that is available from novell and re-installed messaging and then gw and it works like a champ
