no Groups in Cross tab crystal report

Hello All,

I am developing a cross tab report which is getting output as-

C1 c2 c3 c4
A B X1 X2
C x2 x2
B B x2 x3
c x1 x2

But my client needs output as-
C1 c2 c3 c4
A B X1 X2
A C x2 x2
B B x2 x3
B c x1 x2

I mean no grouping in C1. How is this possible in cross tab.

what fields are being used for column and headers. And important, what types of fields?
