Hi All,
I have an IPO 412 and an IPO 406 V2 linked together through a VPN, with a VM Pro server on site with the 412. The users on the 406 have mailboxes on that server. The 406 is looking at a line group for the voicemail, which corresponds to an IP route out to the 412. This worked fine up until a few days ago, and then the users on the 406 couldn't get to their VM. Monitoring the 406 when users tried to get to VM showed an error message that reads:
"Error::No Free Voicemail Ports"
I know for a fact that they have enough VM ports, and that the licensing is valid. I'm not sure what else could be wrong. It seems like it just stopped working.
Any ideas are appreciated.
John
