Hi All,
I have been looking into an issue we have with the names being displayed one the BCM from another PBX we have connected via QSIG. Tonight I tired using DPNSS as a test to see if we could resolve the name issues which we were unable to, so we reverted back to QSIG. However, I now have a slight problem... although I can receive calls, when either 9 or 8 (outside lines or DN's on the other PBX) "No free lines" is shown.
I'm certain that I have set everything back as it should, but there must be something I have missed.
The routing is configured as before (I have some screenshots of the config) ... eg. destinition code 9 is using route 001 which is using pool: BlocA. I think it perhaps has something with BlocA applying to the PRI, since if I change the pool from BlocA to Pool N (which is used by IP trunks to a BCM 50) it works ok.
It's now 00:55 here, and I'm sure I have missed something due to being tired, so will be interested if anyone has any pointers for me to try in the morning!
Thanks
Tom
