No free Lines

A display of No free lines is shown when trying to dial an extension at Site B from Site A. The sites are connected by a point to point T-1. A destination code of 5 is using RTE:001 with a absorblength:00. RTE:001 is using PRI-A. The programming hasn't changed and I had a ticket open to test the T-1 and was told that everything is fine on their end. What could be wrong on my end or could it be a clocking issue with my service provider.

What happens if you try to dial from B to A?

pull the T1 cable from the DTI Card wait a few seconds then replace it. if that doesn't help you may need to power clear the KSU.

occasionaly you get a T1 locking up and the KSU not seeing the channels.
