No files can't be view in MS Outlook

Hi everyone,

My user can't open file from livelink in MS Outlook. We did repair and reinstall of livelink but the problem still there. We can see directory, but it is all empty. Word, excel and explorer, everything is ok.

I need help.

is this one user or many, what happens if someone for whom it does work logs into that machine ? or that user logs into another machine.

the problem has been resolved. The error is outlook issue, I logged into that machine, it does work so I told the user to log in and it does work for him also.
I think that when I logged in with my account, something has corrected by outlook.
