no filename in quarantine list

Hello,

I have several items in quarantine, and many in the backup list, that do not show a filename or an original location. I know that some of these are Netscape inbox that are infected and quarantined. One was just this morning. I want the inbox back - 1.4Gb of emails for the last 3 years!

Any advice to be had?
