No File name nor File Type in dialogue box

Hi
I'm using Office 2007 with Windows 10
When using Save As dialogue, the boxes for FileType and FileName have gone missing in all Office applications so for example I can't open a csv file in excel and do SaveAs xlsx .

etc. etc.

I have tried repairing Windows 10 and Office 2007. I am considering Office 365 but don't want to do it if the bug is going to be carried over.

Any ideas, please?
