When a std user logs into the citrix server ad double clicks on a JPG/JPEG file, a pop up error message stating no file format information found in the registry is show on screen. The error message is produced by Microsoft photo editor.
Once the OK button is clicked on a 2nd pop up message produced by microsoft photo editor is shown, It says Unkown file format.
.JPG types are declared in the File types of the Windows 2000 server.
If I log in as an Administrator, the issue does not occur. JPG/JPEG files open.
Has anybody come accross this problem ?
