No External Release on MM 3.0

Does anyone have any insight on why I am getting a lot of no external release errors. Slot 6 is Merlin Messaging 3.0

I enabled this setting and I am still getting the errors

These are usually found on DID trunks, or a T-1. Bet you have a T-1 in slot 6, huh? Call Telco, and see if they see similar errors. Lots of times this occurs when they do work on the T-1.

Are you sure messaging is slot 6. Count the processor as slot 0. If your messaging is in the last slot in the first cabinet the that would be slot 5.If its in the first slot of cabinet 2 then it would be slot 6.
List your layout of the system.

I was lookin at an old copy of the system docs.
Slot 6 is a 100d. thanks for the help

Busy out that port. If alarm goes away call the provider and tell them the have a bad channel on the T-1.
