No external calls

I have a phone that is not getting calls from the outside. When someone tries to call her from outside the company, it goes to one of our 800 numbers. Internal calls work fine. How do I fix it? We have a 2000IPS.

Are calls comming in on POTS lines or DID?

DID. It's only when someone tries to call her direct number.

try looking at command 7600 for her did

7600>xxxx:yyyy

7601>yyyy:ext

xxxx=DID sent from telco

yyyy=did conversion block

Check to see if the DID is called forward all to that 800 number,if so just cancel it. Ours is #5

Command 7600 and 7601 did the trick. I'm new to this system and I'm learning every day. Thanks for the help.
