No Export Dlls found when using Terminal Server

Windows Server 2003 R2 / Terminal Server

CR 8.5

Receive the following error when I click the export button locally and when logged in via terminal server.

"No Export Dlls found"

I have copied the Crystal directory from: c:
C:\WINDOWS\Crystal

and pasted directory:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Crystal
and C:\WINDOWS

The error is still occuring.

Any help on the above will be much appreciated people..
