No error occured

Hi All,

I recently installed Sage Accpac 5.6 on window 7 as the network Administrator, Launched Sage Accpac no issues at all. I logged off as the Administrator and got a user to log on. The user launched Sage Accpac 5.6 and got the following error "No error occurred". I logged off the user, log on as the network administrator and when I launched Sage Accpac I got the same error. I uninstalled Sage Accpac and re installed at the network Administrator and I am still getting the error.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

1. Did you follow the instructions to not install to the default Windows programs folder?
2. Did you run REGACC as an administrator?

Thanks for your quick response.

It is a workstation setup install. Sage Accpac is working fine on the XP workstations.

3. 32 or 64 bit?
4. Did you turn off UAC?

FWIW, no one has ever reported "no error occurred" before, so you're in virgin territory. Any unusual software installed on this PC?

I installed on a brand new windows 7 workstation. Sage Accpac is the first Application to install.
