No Embeded text in report

Hi All,

Iam looking for a solution for this any ideas would be a big help.

I have a access db sitting on a shared pc, all networked pc's link to this pc for the db, but on two pc's iam getting OLE Server problem due to anti virus software (script blocking) now i dont want to turn the virus software off (bad idea) but i want to me the reports accessable from all pc's.

I thought about using a text field for the main body of the letter, is this a good idea or is there another way ? than using embedded text which requires word.

Any idea's would be great.
