no emails for 2007??!!

a user was set up on a pc temporarily, so i added her outlook account to this pc, all her mail came in apart from her 2007 mail, although new mail for today came in

is there a setting on her outlook or on the exchange server i need to change?

any help would be great thanks

she does get warnings about her mailbox limit

okay, turns out on another pc which she had being using outlook on, the mailbox had been pointing to a local pst rather than her exchange mailbox
