no editor configured for cgi files

Trying to set up a FAQ page on my site. I keep getting this message. How do I configure an editor???

When I go to tools/options/configure... I see how to add cgi but I don't know what editor to connect it to. I tried FrontPage/frontpg.exe but that didn't work. What am I missing?

cgi files are just text, so use notepad.exe or any other 3rd party text editor of your choice.. Anywhere is walking distance if you have the time.
