no display

I had a Merlin magix station that a person plug a modem into and now the phone has no dail tone or display. Can someone tell me where to reset the port?

What type of port?

I guess what I should have said how do I reset or get make the station work? There is now no dial tone or do any of the keys on the phone. I test the phone at another station and it is ok.

You could go into
Maintenance
Port
extention
and busyout and restore the extention port from there

can I do this on the admin port for programing also for I think its bad also because can not get WinSPM to connect but I'm waiting for a 355a adapter.

You can use the Programming console You do not need to use WINSpm but you can if you want to.

Yo can reset the RS232 port in maintenance too
