no display checksum Ann. card TN750B

I'm using G3V6 software. entry "display integrate", system responds no check sum number for card TN750B (refer file attach).
1/are there any problem with this card ?
2/When I insert this TN750B card to another system at slot 1a10 , system could not accept to assign the port (N/A). What can I do next?
