Client has a USB Zoom v92 modem. Hooked up to the phone system (Nortel Norstar).....when client attempts to submit medical claims, receive No Dialtone error.
Why do you think you would get a dial tone on an analog modem connected to a digital phone system? try connecting it to a fax line. Usually by connecting a modem to a digital system it destroys the analog modem. Unless the phone has a data port on it. then it just a matter of finding which line is associated to the analog line.
