No Dial Tone on port during port test

when we schedule port test on all ports at Octel 250, one of the port has found No Dial Tone after the test. can you help to restore it to normal?

Are you getting a ring no answer when you try to call the number associated with that port ? What type of FLT card are you using in the Octel ?
