No dial tone on MM717 1

I have a new CM6.3 with a G450. It hasn't been turned up but I am trying to pre test with a MM717 in the G450, amphenol cable connecting it to a patch panel and using an 8410 digital phone. I get power on the phone and all the lights will flash once, then I optomize the speaker then the test light flashed and I get no dial tone. I tried reversing the pairs on the back of the patch panel but same results. Any ideas?

in essence the mm717 module does not know its in service as there is no cm telling it what to do , try sls and see if it lives.

do you see any of the below on the led`s

ALM Alarm Red The module type is not the type configured in
the MSG for the slot

TST Test Green Either a test is being performed on the
module via the server, or the module is

performing a self-test upon initial insertion
ACT Activity Yellow A device connected to the module is in use.

None of the LEDs are lit. I popped the board and reseated it and they all let in the self check but none are lit after a minute. The cables are all seated well. I don't have a harmonica to test straight off the board. It does have a CM. We have a new CM in a vstack that is communicating with it. The new CM just isn't connected to our IPSI boards since those are still on the "old/live" CM. The MM717 also has the latest firmware.

I know wiring and the first port should be white/blue-blue/white but its acting like I skipped a wire.

Is tti turned on? You didn't say if you hardcoded the port or if you were trying to use tti. If tti is inactive, no dialtone.

Lopes I think you nailed it. I had not built the station and hard coded the port in yet. I was expecting to plug in and hear dial tone then TTI it in. Once I hard coded it I got dial tone. Is TTI not turned on?
