Hai,

I have added 2nd lim and everything went ok. I have 2X32 port digtal cards and one 32 port analogue card in the 2nd LIM. Now the issue is there is no dial tone in any of the extensions in the 2nd LIM.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP?

Hai

Sorry for that.

MX ONE
VERSION: CXP1010101/4/TSWSP04/R5A

It was BC12 upgraded to MX-ONE
Now we have added one more LIM. New classic LIM
I have 2 TMU boards one on each magazene

Thanks.

What does the LPU display indicate?

Once the add lim procedure was executed, did you get a successful dump? If the dump was successful, did you then poke the new lim for a reload?

Did you initiate both sides of the PCM links?

Good luck,

Dave Strang

Dear,

The LPU display shows 111 and in the stand by 106.

Can you tell me after a successfull dump what all commands to be executed?

REGARDS,

ah SP4!

please do this:

PCLOP:UNIT=DCP,CI=S113198A;

if you see the patch, remove it!

PCPAS:UNIT=DCP,CI=S113198A;
Y;
PCASE:UNIT=DCP,CI=S113198A;
Y;

restart TMU boards after this procedure and all should be well.

/Daddy

REASON

Problems when upgrading exchanges to TSW SP4, using easy SW upgrade.
TMU boards are not activated in correct way when system backup has been prepared in a simulated system.

This problem is caused by faulty FR 113198 in unit DCP.

TECHNICAL SOLUTION:

Remove Fault Report 113198 in unit DCP. Restart TMU board if problem with no dial tone.

Hai,

I was getting dial tone in the phone and also able to call internally as well as external. But the speech is not establishing as well as the ring back tone.

The said patch is not there in the system as is evident from the below comand executed.

<PCLOP:UNIT=DCP; PATCH LOG DATA

UNIT: DCP LIM: 1
CI TYPE STATUS SIZE IA/SIGNO/ADDR CORRSTART
S114122A PROGRAM CONF 46 00006688 0001A03C
I have done CNBOE and CNHUI on the TMU.
I have done RFEXI also.
