I am having an odd problem with our phone system and I am hoping someone can help. We have an old Mitel (Inter-Tel) 5000 phone system running mostly 8520 digital phones. We have a few phones are not giving a dial tone this morning. Other than that, the phones are working fine. Calls can be made the normal way even though no dial tone is heard. In fact, the phones seem to be working normally in every way except the dial tone has disappeared. Does anyone have any ideas about this?
