No Dial Tone after earthquake, HELP!

We just had a big one down here in Southern California. My DSL lines are up and phones can receive outside calls but I don't get a dial tone when I lift the receiver. I have rebooted the system and still nothing....any ideas?

Nevermind :)

After about 20 minutes of waiting around our lines are up and running properly now.
