No dial tone after copying a phone??? 1

I am not getting any dial tone on a analog phone that i copyied from one TN to another, This usually works for me when I do the same process on LD 11 for a digital phone, but its not working on LD 10 for analog, Am i missing something

When i go to load 32 to stat my new TN i get an IDLE response, but when I punch down an analog line directly from the TN, and test it I hear no dial tone, but i can hear the hiss noise like if a phone has been off the hook, anybody???????

Try re-seating the FALC

You might also want to try to place the DN on a new TN. You may have come across a faulty TN. Also try plugging in another analog phone or "but" set and see if you can get dial tone out of either of them.

If you can't get dialtone with a new phone then you know it's not the phone.

Also, have you tried re-punching or testing the cable that runs to the port?
