Hi,

I'm using Crystal Enterprise 10.0. This was installed by someone who has now left and had been abandoned as no-one could get it to work properly. My problem is that there is no destination option when scheduling reports. I've had a look around the management console & tried searching for info on this but so far turned up nothing.
Obviously a solution would be lovely, but any suggestions of what to try or what to such for would be greatly appreciated.

Destinations need to be ENABLED and CONFIGURED in order to make them available to a scheduler. See the CE10 admin.pdf guide for information on how to configure these options. Choices are Unamanged Disk, Email and FTP.

Once configured, and prviding users have sufficient rights, they can schedule an object instance to be sent to a specific destination on your computer or network, to a default file location, to email, or to FTP.

The place to configure destinations is in the CMC, under Servers, Report Job Server, Destinations.

Cheers. Major power/network problems here at the mo, but that looks like just what I needed to know - hopefully I'll be able to look at it before too long!

IN CMC if you go to servers option you will find a list of all servers under those servers you need to enable the detainations under report job server, page server and destination job server. After configuring and enabling those options you can see those detinations
