No Default Page???

Hi all,
I have an internal website that worked fine yesterday and then all of a suddon today my site is replaced with a page that says:

Code: 
 Under Construction
The site you were trying to reach does not currently have a default page. It may be in the process of being upgraded.

Please try this site again later. If you still experience the problem, try contacting the Web site administrator.

I have *not* changed anything on the server. Has this ever happened to anyone before??
