We have one CDN that is showing no calls for a seven our period one day this week. It is our 24 customer service line and it shows no calls presented between midnight and 7am.

Can anyone think of a reason that symposium would show no calls in this period?
I mean other then the possibility that they recieved no calls in that time. That is very unlikely on this number.

The usual, starting with your reason above (no incoming calls):
- CDN de-acquired
- Disruption of communication between Switch and SCCS/CCMS (E-LAN down).
- SCCS/CCMS malfunction. Sometimes the server has an issue (say power disruption) and it appears to recover and operate normally, but it requires a complete shutdown and reboot to recover properly.

Guess I forgot to mention that all the other CDNs worked just fine in that time period with normal numbers.

The CDN becoming deaquired could make sense why we don't have data but how could that happen without manual intervention? Are there any logs to show when a CDN was aquired or deaquired?

De-acquire and re-acquire the CDN. Although it may list as acquired, it sometimes isn't, flipping the the status sometimes does the trick.
