We recently had to disable the Replication Process, dropping all subscriptions and disabling the publisher. The system was down for three days. When we re-setup Replication, creating a new publication and adding the subscriptions, and synchronised "No data needed to be merged." However, during the time the system was down, the subscribers continued to process data and this was not updated at the Publisher. Only updates from the moment the Replication process was restarted onwards are being transferred. The data accumulated during the three day period from each of the subscribers is not available at the Publisher or any of the other subscribers. Can anyone help me? We are running SQL Server 7.0 and using Merge Replication over a dial-up network.
