no Data in InputQueue through amqsreq

hey guys
i have a problem:

i configured a mqseries system on a windows XP os and wanted to test the system with the amqsreq program. So my problem is, there is no data written to the InputQueue, but if i create some testdata at the replyqueue, i get the tests through amqsreq.

can somebody help me
