reports are developed using CR10 , oracle 9i as the database and using oracle driver.we are using stored procedure as the data source, the report displays data for certain users and does not for others , when we run the stored procedures seperately we see data for all the users,we are not filtering data on the report using select expert, but we are grouping on a field, we have checked everything that could be possible cause, we are using dates as parameters. is there a fix for this

Thanks
Ak

Saying using Oracle driver doesn't mean anything, there are dirvers used for the 4 different ways to connect.

So do all of the users run the report from within Crystal Rpeorts or a controlling application, or CE, or?

Do the users sign in with different logins so that there may be a permissioning concern?

If you're using ODBC, make sure it's the Crystal supplied ODBC, not Oracles.

Better yet, use the native connectivity.

Too little information to resolve this, but hopefully something I posted will help.

after the users reported the issue , i have run it locally using crystal reports 10 for different users, there is no permissions involved,we are using native oracle driver

Thanks
