Hello all,
I'm having a strange problem with our printers. We use HP LaserJet 4200n printers in a domain environment. An older driver that we installed used to let us create custom sizes in the print properties for the printer, which we could then choose and would make the printer print 5x8 cards properly centered. Since we added some new computers (and thus new drivers) there is not a button for custom size. When we try to print automatically, relying on the page setup to tell the printer what kind of paper to expect, it prints the text askew, either way to the left or it cuts off the first few lines. If you can offer any assistance/advice it would appreciated. Or if anyone knows where I can get the older PCL drivers that allowed custom size that would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Katy
