No crypto command on cisco 3550???

There is no crypto command on my 3550? Anyone know why this could be. I am in global config mode..

crypto key ect...


But there is no crypto command?

check which version of IOS you are running it needs to be a K9 IOS to enable crypto

I am assuming thats not it?

Otherwise I am assuming I cant get SSH access. I am studying for my CCNA, where can I get the IOS. Cisco is unresponsive. Can you buy it ect?

the only way you can get the right IOS is to o through a cisco reseller or try and smartnet is yourself
