No CP Reporter info on some set.

I have a Carrier Remote site that has about 12 phones with Voice Mail on each set. What I have found is that CallPilot reporter is not collecting any mail box statistics on 4 of the sets. I know that all four sets have had messages left in each sets mailbox. Also at least one of the sets have complained about no or delayed message notifications on two different occasions.
We have a CallPilot 5.0 on a 1005r HA server. We are still on service packs 05. But we have no other issues and this seems to be a relatively recent issue.
Our PBX is a CS1k 6.0 system.
