No Connectivity via ISDN

Hi Guys

I currently have no connectivity via ISDN. I'm getting messages similar to this
<<...OLE_Obj...>>
I have VPN connectivity to a clients SQL server from a test PC, but I also need ISDN to use their ftp site.

I have already asked them to reboot their router, as this often fixes the problem, but in this case has not.

What can I do? Am I getting anything wrong. This task was handed over to me and I'm still a novice at this.
