No connection Management VLAN 1?

I put my PC at port A24 with IP 192.168.1.254/24 and i can't get connectivity to address 192.168.1.254/24? Noecho-reply with the ping comman?

When I change my PC IP address for VLAN 2 and 3 i can stil ping this VLAN's 2 and 3.

I've VLAN 1 routing working, it was a configuration issue
