no connectio0n and disconection prob with MAX TNT

When i try to conect on of MY ISP i am unable to connect it
while other ISPs are working fine .
i am pasting the modem log here please help me in this regard .As i am in Technical suport of the ISP which is not connecting me. And the same pro with few other ppl.
It is an MAX TNT access server. and My modem is URS 56K internal.
the LOG is

- Dialing.
- Send: ATDT########<cr>
- Recv: <cr><lf>CONNECT 44000/ARQ/V90/LAPM/V42BIS<cr><lf>
- Interpreted response: Connect
- Connection established at 44000bps.
- Error-control on.
- Data compression on.
- CD dropped--Remote modem hung up. ModemStatus=00000030
- Hanging up the modem.
- Recv: <cr><lf>NO CARRIER<cr><lf>
- Interpreted response: No Carrier
- Send: ATH<cr>

It doesn't sound like your ISP likes your settings. What other Isp's are you connecting to?
