Normal troubleshooting is to revert to native DOS and see if they print there. That will cut the possibilities. But if you are using windows based printers or USB connected printers that isn't an option.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.
We also need a tad bit more info, like what models, how they are connected?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
