I have a problem with one user on one pc printing to a shared Canon irC2000.

When she prints (from an NT workstation), no colours come out on the print. Only black & white. Anything colour is missing and therefore leaves a blank on the page.

I have tried reinstalling the printer (after deleting old drivers) but that doesn't help. I have tried reinstalling the drivers from the Canon wizard but that doesn't help.

The same document my user tries to print can be sent to the same printer by her neighbour and it prints ok.

Has anyone got an ideas what to try next?

For anyone else experiencing this problem, please note that I fixed this problem here by reimaging the PC and also deleting the user's network profile and recreating it for her.

It may be worth deleting the users network profile and recreating first before the drastic action on reimaging.
I have solved other printing problems (albeit they were on HP black & white printers) in the past by recreating a network profile.
