No Citrix SSL Server Configured

I am attempting to log into the application remotely and I get the message "There is no Citrix SSL server configured on the specified address"

Are you using CSG, or SSL, NAT,,,this message means the CSG IP address cannot be found

Which version of MetaFrame and which FR level?

If XP, did you start the SSL Relay service on the MetaFrame server? Did you provide the server's hostnames under "Server Location" in the ICA client?

Everyone - thanks so much for your help. The problem was an incorrect IP address. I corrected the IP and now I am able to connect to Citrix.
