No charts showing on reports 1

Hi,

I use vb6 and crystal reports 8.5. My vb app creates several reports using crystal reports designer, these reports include charts. On the development pc where crystal reports 8.5 installed i can view reports fine including
charts, but on a client pc when i install the app reports come out without charts.

Does anybody know whats wrong or what needs to be included with installation?

The Crystal Reports Run Time Help file (runtime.hlp) has information on many dll's needed, for charts we had to install PG32CONV.DLL on the client. I believe runtime.hlp is part of the developer 8.5 application.

There are several other DLL's needed to display charts on the client PC.

You will need to include in your install
sscsdk.dll

Included files pg32conv.dll and sscsdk80.dll in the setup package and it works!
