No charts displayed in .NET InfoView

We have some reports that contain charts. When we run the reports from the Java InfoView we can see everything as expected. However, if we use the .NET InfoView the charts are not displayed - we just gt a little red cross. Anyone got any idea why, or how to fix this?

There are a number of FAQ's on the business objects website relating to exactly this sort of thing. I would suggest searching for 'Red X' on their website as their are a number of different scenarios where this could happen.
