no CGI bin folder on my server

hi all,
I'm trying to build a basic html feedback form that emails me the user's input. I can do that using asp or asp.net using SMPT objects. I know if I want to use basic html form I have to use CGI script but looking at the server I don't see a CGI folder. any comments or samples?

Contact the company that manages the hosting for your account and ask them to provide a cgi-bin directory? Maybe they have another solution that you can use?
