No CDN Acquire check box, or dropdown menu's

Hi

On the symposium web client 4.5 we have lost the CDN check box, we currently have -1 showing!

Also where their should be drop down menu's ie Config /skillsets there are non

Any ideas?

incorrect activex more than likely any work done recently on updating servers/worstations etc

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

It this problem occurring at all client PCs that access Web Client? If so, reboot the Web Client server.

If it occurs at only certain client PC's you may want to reboot them and if the problem remains, reload the activex controls.
 
It does indeed happen at all client PC's, web server and main server have both been rebooted
