Hello

Thank you ahead.

A CD ROM and CD RW usually work well. Now both stuck due to driver issues.

BIOS can find both, start 2000, no icons found in My Computer, tried to uninstall both, then (re)install driver( system provided), and got this message under hadrware wizard:

-----------------------------------------------------
The software for this device is now installed, but may not work correctlly.

This device is not working properly becouse Windows can not load the driver required for this deveice (code 31).

------------------------------------------------------
Notes: I found I missed the CD ROM first, before I resolve it I mistakenly uninstalled the CD RW (maker is LG, has disk), since the CD copier.exe not funtion properly. So, now both stuck.

Thank you

Try to reinstall motherboard drivers if you have ones. It helped for me.
