No calling party name

Hi

I have a Cisco Callmanager 6.1 and Avaya S8300 CM 5 IP trunk. When I call from cisco to avaya it does not show the number on the avaya phone just the name only. And opposite on the Cisco phone it shows only the number and not the name of the Avaya phone. Anybody encountered this.

Are you suign H323? if so tick IE DELIVERY on the on the Cisco H323 GW in the admin page
