No Caller ID with a PRI 1

I program the line (ex. 157) & extension (Caller ID Set - Y) under telco feature for Caller ID. When somone call, the caller ID still do not show up. Any ideas why it won't show up? Thanks
 
First, double check the programming to make sure everything is okay:

The extension must have Target Line 157 assigned to ring.
Terminals & Sets > [Extension] > Line Access > Line Assignment > [Line 157]: Appear & Ring or Ring Only

The extension must have Caller ID enabled for Target Line 157.
Terminals & Sets > [Extension] > Telco Features > Feature Assignment > [Line 157] > Caller ID Set: Yes

The extension must display the name or the number of the caller.
Terminals & Sets > [Extension] > Telco Features > 1st Display: Name or Number

Then, call in on Target Line 157 and see if Caller ID is displayed before and after the call is answered:

If Caller ID isn't displayed both before and after the call is answered, check with the telco whether you subscribe to Caller ID and whether it is sending the data.

If Caller ID isn't displayed before the call is answered but it is after, make sure you are calling on Target Line 157.
