NO CALLER ID ON EXT 11

Something happened beween last night and this morning.. lol

When the calls rang in initially, ext 10 and 11 would show the caller id of the person calling prior to picking up. today, only ext 10 does. I can pick up the calls on 11, but the caller id only shows if the call is transferred to ext from another extention. Any ideas?

11 ALL LINES ARE SET TO "NO RING" but they all do appear on the phone

Only shows CID when the extension rings. Or, if you press the line button before picking up the handset, then the CID will show.

It's always been on "NO RING" and shows the caller ID on the line when the incoming call comes in. I just changed all the lines to "RING" and now they audibly ring on 11, but still no caller ID until I pick up.

you need to let it ring twice before answering

or you could program an inspect button so that person could see if they wanted too.
